How we charge
- No call-out charge Free visit and quote anywhere in the south, emergencies included.
- Fixed written price Before we start. If something different turns up, we ask before carrying on.
- Nothing signed blank You only sign a quote with the price already written on it.
- Always an invoice We are a registered company: tax number B16379786.
- Pay the way you prefer Card, cash, bank transfer or Bizum.
- If anything fails, we come back We go back over what we touched, with the guarantees the law provides and the manufacturer's guarantee on the materials.
The office is in Arona, but we work at your property anywhere in the south. For a fault you do not need to come to us — we come to you.
