Purpose and acceptance

This legal notice governs the use of reparacioneselsur.es, whose purpose is to provide information about the plumbing, leak detection, renovation, drain clearing and maintenance services the company carries out, and to allow anyone interested to request information or a quotation.

Access is free of charge and requires no registration. Browsing the site implies acceptance of this legal notice as published at the time.

Terms of use

You agree to use this website in accordance with the law and with this notice, and not to use it for unlawful purposes, to introduce harmful content or to attempt to access systems or data belonging to others.

The owner may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates or technical reasons, without this giving rise to any right to compensation.

Intellectual and industrial property

The text, design, logo, photographs and other content of this site belong to the owner or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

You may view, print and download content for personal and private use. Reproducing, distributing or altering it for commercial purposes without the owner's written permission is not permitted. In particular, using the content to train automated systems or republishing it in third-party directories or portals without permission is not authorised.

Liability and links

The owner aims to keep the information published accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee it is free of errors. The content of this site is informative: the timescales, prices and specific solutions for each job are always set out in the written quotation, not on the website.

Where the site links to third-party pages, the owner accepts no responsibility for their content or for how they process personal data.

Quotations and how work is contracted

This is not an online shop: nothing is bought or paid for through the website. The form, the phone number and WhatsApp exist so that you can request information or a visit.

  • Quotation. The assessment visit and the quotation are free of charge. The quotation is issued in writing, itemised, and states how long it remains valid.
  • Acceptance. Work begins once you accept the quotation. If unforeseen circumstances appear during the work, we stop, inform you, and agree any change in writing before continuing.
  • Price and tax. Amounts state the applicable IGIC, the Canary Islands indirect tax, as the work is carried out in the Canaries.
  • Invoice. Every job is invoiced. The company does not work without issuing an invoice.
  • Guarantee. Work carries any statutory guarantees that apply and the manufacturer's guarantee on materials installed. If what the company has worked on fails, it goes back over it at no cost to the customer.

Consumer right of withdrawal

Where a contract is concluded off-premises — for example at your home — or at a distance, as a consumer you have fourteen calendar days to withdraw without giving a reason, under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 on consumer protection.

  • To exercise it, simply tell us by any means that leaves a record, for example an email to [email protected].
  • Urgent repairs. Where you have expressly requested an urgent repair, the law provides an exception to this right for the services needed to deal with the emergency. In that case we record your express request in writing before starting.
  • Services already completed. If the service is fully performed within the withdrawal period at your express request, the right to withdraw is lost once the work is finished, provided you were informed of this beforehand.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Any complaint can be sent to [email protected] or made by phone on +34 600 217 628. We reply as quickly as we can.

  • Official complaint form. You may file an official complaint form (*hoja de reclamaciones*) with the Directorate-General for Trade and Consumer Affairs of the Canary Islands Government through its electronic office, under Decree 90/2023 of 25 May.
  • Consumer bodies. You may also contact the municipal consumer office (OMIC) for your town or the Directorate-General for Trade and Consumer Affairs of the Canary Islands Government.
  • EU online dispute resolution platform. The European Commission's ODR platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, which repealed Regulation (EU) 524/2013. For that reason this site does not link to it.

Data protection and cookies

How personal data is processed is explained in the privacy policy, and the use of cookies and other storage devices in the cookie policy.

Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts designated under the applicable rules; where you are acting as a consumer, those of your place of residence.
